Colette and myself are really working hard on the new site. So I am hoping for December and at the latest January. So this site will be going down soon and the new site will be even better as Colette does amazing work. I am starting my leaning down phase to get more cut and these massive muscles I have need that toned and defined look. I can't believe how big I got with these last mass phase with weight loss so my waist is still a 30 inch waist but remember I have small hips and a tiny ass which is rock hard. So I still have a little pouch in my stomach but not bad just needs cut. So look out for being bigger and stronger than before....italianogoddess

I am getting a new website done from my wonderful Friend Colette Nelson. She does amazing work and a great friend of mine. So this will take a couple months so please, be patient as the new site will be even better than before and not cost me as much. So if this web site does not let you on it is due to me changing my website which will have new pics as well. So there is alot to look forward to. I just got out of the hospital after two long weeks. I had the flu and just got out Friday. I am still ill but getting better. I actually gained a few pounds while in the Hospital as the docs made me eat alot. I will get back into it Sunday with a lengthy workout. I have new tour dates for 2010 so check them out and if i am not coming to your city email me and I will book there and see if I get sessions. If not I am offering a huge deal if you book before Christmas next year and place a 100.00 deposit so here is the deal. If you travel to Denver which is amazing I will spend two-three full days with you doing as many sessions as you want for 1000.00 for everything. Of course we will need lots of breaks. Well i am still healing fine and now only 20 pounds left to loose in my belly. It seems i only hold weight in my stomach which I hate as i wish it was dispensed in different areas. My clients do not complain but it bothers me. So I am determined to loose that 20 pounds by Jan 1 and i will. It does not look bad but not as good as I want it to look. I am still working on the book however, now it will be a June book launch. I half to pay my publisher and I had some money issues due to health concerns. So I have choice other than to wait. uhhhhh. I may be doing some web site work for rick Dobbins and his leg site as well, as getting new clients from him hopefully. I will be traveling to Az in February and Chicago in march and NYC in April. I will try to plan other tours but when I have tried in the past I never get enough sessions and I think that is due to low exposure. So I will try to change that next year. I will tell you my story I found the perfect partner for me. However, this person can't be with me even though I think they love me like I love them. I was flirted with and thought is was possible we could be together so I was led on and then crushed after I was told we could not be together. I lost my hope for any relationship due to this. My heart was broken and still is. I just shared personal stuff with you but I like my fans to really know me. Send me some love. italianogoddess Amber

It was three weeks ago I had surgery and I an still swollen a bit. The doctor told me I can do cardio so I have been doing it and she also said I would be swollen for a day or two after. Well, i workout 6 day a week so will I always be swollen well, she said no just for a few more weeks. So that will be nice to start to lift again and not worry about being swollen. however, i got some great news and two new paid modeling jobs one in October in Houston and one in Vegas in December and this is the most I have ever made from modeling.WOW....They will be for scooters and cosmetics and deodorant and it will be awesome. they basically want me cause of my face so no body image pressure which is good as I don't want to be stressed out. I have Three fans flying in for October and November so that makes me happy as they are two amazing men. So with the writing and modeling ans sessions I am pretty busy. I am trying to have a December book launch but we shall see as I have 12 weeks now to finish as I got a extension so that is good. I am now trying to lean down which is very hard for me but I will win this battle. Keep your fingers crossed...italianogoddess Amber
